Many professionals from a variety of industries have learned over the years that passing their photo along with contact information has promoted a stronger bond with the recipient. Even in formal introductions, a photo allows a potential customer to associate a face with the company and contact information. Without that association the potential customer may not remember who gave the card to them or worse yet have you confused with one of your competitors.
